The chaos is undeniable but also is the contramessage “Don’t be afraid to care”. The work invites the viewer to explore the shared consciousness. Using the scraps of media destined for the trash, I pull from the zeitgeist and give new purpose to the language & imagery, empowering an unconscious mashup of symbols and meaning.

This collage is the work of reflection upon the mood of the times. Made from the found abandoned package of The Idle Class magazines. Set within a turbulent sea of colors and form we find the muse working, exploring the situation as it presents itself. The mantra is the focus, an invitation meant to strengthen and embolden the viewer.
