This week we are continuing our Middle Eastern tour of nations, this time looking at many nations though Egypt and Jerusalem will take a central focus.

We will now move into a different focus. We will see Isaiah turn his attention to the nations.

This week we will have several things to look at; the commissioning of Isaiah, the ‘Immanuel’ passage, Ahaz the faithless king, along with a continued judgment of Jerusalem.

This week we will begin our look at the book of Isaiah, examining chapters 1-4.

This week is the start of a short journey through prophetic history for us all.

I have been studying Isaiah lately, out of that study one thing has become very clear; Isaiah has something to say about politics.
