It seems that each week so far has gone by so quickly. I’m sure there is so much we could all learn if we could only engage with the text further. Sometimes simply reading the text over and over won’t help to get anything further from it.

Some times you can’t get all your vitamin D from the sun.
Some times you can’t get all your spiritual wisdom on Sunday.

Here are some free supplemental resources to strengthen you in your Hebrews deficiencies. Each pastor takes ample time going through the book of Hebrews, much more time than we have allotted for our class. Take some time through the week to listen to these pastors preach through the book. It will allow you another avenue by which to let the Word seep into your heart, where it can begin to transform you.

Highly Recommended. He is one of the funniest prophetic voices you will hear. He desires to transform lives, even when it means delivering the hard word from God. Plus he gets the approval from my wife, so that should say a lot.

John Piper | {click here}
If you don’t know who John Piper is then you are missing out, and this is as good a point as any to be introduced to him. While you might agree with everything he says, it is a good exercise to consider why. He is a strong exegetical preacher.

There are many online resources for deepening your faith. I would recommend you getting plugged in. Find some good Bible preachers, subscribe to their podcasts and begin to grow in faith through hearing the message being preached (Rom. 10:17).
