I'd like to give that a go. I'm increasingly bored and dissatisfied with my job for a couple reasons. First, I don't like the person I have to be to get stuff done. It's not who I am but it's who I'm becoming, and that person is short with people more interested in results and finishing projects. Yuck. Second, there's no real pay-off in this job, no sense of accomplishment. Marx's alienation of the worker from the end of his work and all that.... I'd love to find a way out of both those. Huh.
