Chris Case started an entire site devoted to this subject, but it's been dormant now for a year:
http://www.reformergent.org/

More recently, Jim Belcher's book "Deep Church" claims to plot a "third way" between the Reformed and emergent camps. It's getting a lot of positive reviews. Worth checking out.

Shalom,
Steve K.
