looking forward

I have not posted in a while. I fixed my RSS, so if you had tried recently and ended in failure, I apologize & ask you to try again. As for posts, I have a couple of things I would like to post about. The problem is that I haven’t taken the time to think them through enough to sit down to give you some ideas. Two recent books I have read deserve posts, The Shack and Fasting (by Scott McKnight). I have been struggling with my understanding of discipleship & also community & even further how those separate concepts work together (or are they separate at all). Hopefully by the end of this week I can have at least some of these topics worked on enough to put into posts.
I am Dallas right now, helping someone move some stuff, maybe some good fodder for my musings on community will result. Without my wife around as a crutch, I am realizing how weak relationally I really am.
