chick tracts

This morning at church someone made reference to “chick tracts”, then on TheResurgence their was also a reference to a chick tract.

After following a link from TheResurgence to the ‘Holy Joe‘ tract at Chick.com, I browsed around the site. The testimonials were pretty funny, but not a as funny as “Papa” the tract to ‘expose’ the evil empire that is Catholicism.

For those who didn’t know, Satan errected the Catholic church as the empire of power to replace the Roman Empire when it fell.

And if that wasn’t enough…who remembers passing the note in class with, “do you like me, check yes or no”? Well salvation is just as simple, apparently.

{I should probably get some of these. I have some family that are Catholic; who knew they were sleeping with devil.}

I came across this today thanks to TadDelay. Though Chick makes into looking like a parody; there could be trouble for the Catholic church, possibly indulgences coming back into vouge.
