Additional Resources: understanding Romans 3:21-31
Wednesday, 11 February 2009
I have really been thinking and try to work through this most difficult passage of Romans, probably the most difficult yet. There is a lot of dense fodder there to talk about. I have below two short resources which should help greatly in our study of this passage.
{I will have copies in class, for those in attendance.}
Click [Here] for a translation of the passage from The Voice. The language that is used makes the concepts a little more accessible, as well a making some very good translating decisions.
Click [Here] for a passage from Katherine Grieb’s book The Story of Romans. This passage does a very good job explaining the three ways which Paul uses to describe what Jesus did.

We will have copies of these available for you at our next couple of meetings.
